Foodie Friday: Bandwith BBQs Again

Welcome to Foodie Friday.
If you are participating this week, please type your Foodie Friday permalink, and add your name or recipe, too.

Bandwith has been cooking all week. Today, he grilled ribs. These were even better than his previous batch. Same recipe, except he used ribs instead of a roast and added 1/2 teaspoon chili powder to each slab. You can find that recipe here http://www.designsbygollum.blogspot.com/2009/07/foodie-friday-bandwiths-bbq-pork-roast.html

  6. Mmm... they look so good! And how lucky for you that Bandwidth loves to cook!

Hey, guess what I found at a different Publix the other night? Sugar free cheesecake! It kinda sucks and doesn't even have a crust, but hey, beggars can't be TOO choosy.

  9. I love chili powder added to BBQ sauce, but then I love just about anything in BBQ Sauce. Years ago while traveling I found one with dried cherries that was out of this world and haven't been able to find it since. I think the name of the company was Crazy Jerry's. I bought it because my dad's nickname was Jerry. I thought it was a good enough reason to try a new sauce. lol

  18. Oh, those ribs do look good! I think they are "dry ribs" which I like much better than the ones slathered in sauce.

  31. Gollum, my husband fixes ribs in 12 minutes; here's how.
    Krogers grocery store are precooked
you grill them each side 6 minutes.
So good. But you have th chef, the outdoor atmosphere by the pool and you don't have to grill them.
I'd keep the cook, if I where you too. LOL Have a great week-end.
How's your mother? Tell her hello for me.

  32. These ribs look so good if I had someone to do all the work that would be the Best! But alas, I do the cooking here and I love it but have never done ribs. I love them at the Texas Roadhouse though.
    Have a wonderful weekend.

I missed you too! This summer has been crazy busy. It sounds like I don't have to tell you that ;)

Your bedroom is GORGEOUS! I love all the white :)

Now I'm off to go to the store so we have food in the house. We'll be eating dinner at the fair all week, but my kids keep asking where all the snacks, bread, milk and such are... complainers! LOL
