Bandwith has been cooking all week. Today, he grilled ribs. These were even better than his previous batch. Same recipe, except he used ribs instead of a roast and added 1/2 teaspoon chili powder to each slab. We missed ours on the BBQ last sunday because of to much other meats. They are always so tasty!

ReplyDeleteI love chili powder added to BBQ sauce, but then I love just about anything in BBQ Sauce. Years ago while traveling I found one with dried cherries that was out of this world and haven't been able to find it since. I think the name of the company was Crazy Jerry's. I bought it because my dad's nickname was Jerry. I thought it was a good enough reason to try a new sauce. lol

ReplyDeleteOh, those ribs do look good! I think they are "dry ribs" which I like much better than the ones slathered in sauce.

I haven't had ribs in so long...they look great. I love it when the men take over and grill. It's so much fun not to be in charge.

you grill them each side 6 minutes.
So good. But you have th chef, the outdoor atmosphere by the pool and you don't have to grill them.
I'd keep the cook, if I where you too. LOL Have a great week-end.

These ribs look so good if I had someone to do all the work that would be the Best! But alas, I do the cooking here and I love it but have never done ribs. I love them at the Texas Roadhouse though.
