Foodie Friday: Bandwith's Prime Rib
Welcome to another Foodie Friday. This week, Bandwith cooked Prime Rib.I'll let him take over and explain how he cooked it.
Bandwith's Prime Rib
Pat outside of meat with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Brush meat with olive oil. Generously salt & pepper, adding chili powder.
Let meat come to room temperature. Grill meat for 15 minutes on each side, indirect heat.
Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until core temperature reaches 130 degrees.
Remove from oven. Let meat "rest" ten minutes. Carve.
