One of Bandwith's college friends is visiting, and they brought home dessert. Boston cream pie from Publix. Naturally, I couldn't wait to dig in. If you are participating in this week's FF, Mr. Linky awaits your recipe and blog link.
Michael-Hope you and your family had a good Thanksgiving and that you have finished or are winding down your editing--I know you are ready to be finished. (and I can't wait :) Boston creme pie was one of the first things I made as a teenager--from a box of course. I don't think I have seen one of those mixes in a long time. Looks delicious!
Mmmmmm, I love Boston Cream pie. I used to make it years ago. When I was younger with a family to feed I made lots of things I don't make now. I sure would love a piece this am with my coffee. Oh yeah, I can do breakfast with dessert. I'm BAD, but not often. LOL.
I really love Boston Cream Pie but it is a bother to make. You're fortunate to have a place where it can be purchased. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to host Foodie Friday during the holiday season. I hope all went well with your publisher's deadline. Blessings...Mary
Hi! I would love to know where to buy the beautiful doily cups used in your Foodie Friday badge. They are so different from the usual paper cups! Thank you! Your blog is absolutely beautiful! ~Maria
