LOL I'm on day 3 of cabbage soup, and I could use some calorie free quiche today. ::sigh::

Michael Lee, My hubby went on the cabbage soup diet this winter, lasted about 8 days and lost 8 lbs.! He was happy about the weight but just got SICK of the soup!!!! he has kept the 8 lbs. off so far! I am amazed. I might try it in the winter, don't want to eat SOUP now:):) XO, Pinky

Hey our favorite author, is this cabbage soup kind like the seven day Sacred Heart Diet, and have you ever tried the Sacred Heart,google it, it is amazing I detox all the time with it and lose weight too.

Well, carbs fuel the brain, so I should be okay for a few more days.

It's not bad, Sarah. I have lost 2 lbs (water, I'm sure). My diet is outlined over at Piper's blog.
