ReplyDeleteI can always eat carrot cake as I love it! BUT for Thanksgiving I really love a pecan pie or apple pie.
ReplyDeletePumpkin Pie! I think I love it for breakfast Friday morning more so than on Thanksgiving, but I have to make it each year! Happy Thanksgiving Michael-enjoy:@)
ReplyDeleteFor Thanksgiving I'll take a piece of pecan pie, please! Or, peach pie which we also always have and is my favorite for breakfast the morning after! But, when I saw that, what I am assuming is butterscotch, pudding I thought we might need to add a new tradition in the mix! Yum!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving!!
Robin
I like them all but I think Pecan Pie is my tops.

Hi ML!
ReplyDeleteI like pie for Tgiving, but I wouldn't say no to a sliver of carrot cake.
Thanks again for the pretty turkey spreader, I will think of you tomorrow when we use it!
Happy Thanksgiving, many blessings to you and yours!
Can I please have a bite or two of each and add a few bites of lemon meringue pie. :-D

I love something chocolate-y :D Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteWe are going to have Thanksgiving dinner with friends. I'm bringing dessert. I'm taking a carrot cake that I baked in a turkey mold, an apple and a pumpkin pie, and a big bowl on white chocolate dipped fresh cranberries (always a big hit).
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a lovely day.
You have my mouth watering! All these look amazing! I'd vote for Pecan Pie!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a blessed Thanksgiving,
Kathy

Hi
ReplyDeleteI would vote for Pumpkin Pie. I just love to eat a piece Pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top and a wonderful cup of tea after a big Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for asking.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Pumpkin pie is a favorite with me. Pat
ReplyDeleteI'm going to get heat for this one, but I've always considered pie the liver of desserts, and ever since my youngest son said he thought coconut tasted like bits of dried skin I've been off of that as well. So, my favorite dessert, again and again is...cookies. Yep, cookies!
ReplyDeleteMichael.....I love all your photos. I could eat them right off the page. Good old fashioned pumpkin pie with whipped cream is an absolute Thanksgiving must. But of all those yummy photos you showed in the post, those Turkey cookies are just the cutest. My grandkids would go crazy for them. Also thank you for coming to my new blog and making a comment. It meant SO much to me that you would take the time and do it. I was touched. Wishing you and yours Thanksgiving blessings. Thankyou for posting Foodie Friday because you are blessing.
ReplyDeletePumpkin pie please!
ReplyDeleteJust stopped by to wish you and yours a very happy Thanksgiving Miss "G"!

ReplyDeleteI vote for pecan pie as my favorite Thanksgiving dessert. I have one cooling on my counter right now. Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours!!!
Since I am not a pumpkin pie fan I would have to go with the carrot cake and being the southern girl that I am, a big, juicy, coconut cake is a must at Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Mary L
My favorite would be a pumpkin pie over a pecan pie! Texture...yum!
ReplyDeleteLove the turkey cookies! Such a great idea with the corn candy!
I'm all for apple pie! They smell delicious and so yummy!
ReplyDeletePecan Pie. Any time of year it is my favorite dessert! :-)
ReplyDeleteMine always has to be something chocolate.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures!
Hello Michael, My favorite dessert is pie in general. My favorite pie is a toss up between Pumpkin and Sour Cream Raisin. The raisin pie recipe is on my post today.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving
Blessings, Jeanne
Oh the coconut cake would definitely be my choice!! Thank you for hosting! I just linked up Cranberry Cheesecake. #49.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem here that I do on the holidays... can't decide! When I make a big thanksgiving I often do apple and pumpkin pies and everyone takes a little of each... they are all beautiful desserts... this year was just the 2 of us and I made a tarte tatin... love them!!
ReplyDeleteOh dear ML...what delicious choices you've given us! I'd love a very small sliver of pecan pie, please? I don't make it anymore since DH is diabetic, so it is a rare treat for me.
ReplyDeleteI hope you & your family had a delightfully fun filled Thanksgiving holiday & that your sweet little poochie is doing better. I must visit more often...I can't keep up with all your happenings!
Hugs,
Rett
