Foodie Friday and Everything Else

Welcome to Foodie Friday and Everything Else. Just come on in and make yourselves at home. Hope you had a great Labor Day weekend. We drove to the Great Smokey Mountains and did a little hiking, exploring, and eating.

Well, we ate a lot. Too much. But the calories were balanced by walking.

If you missed last week's party, here are a few highlights.

Autumn is a time to take stock of summer and to figure out which flowers thrived and which ones were divas. I enjoyed Debbie Dabble Blog notes for next year's garden.

Calypso in the Country began to add autumn touches to her house with sunflowers and blue/white porcelain.
Blue and White Ginger Jar with other porcelain on my foyer table

Carol Mattingly Photography  visited Gibbs Gardens in the Appalachian foothills.

The Best of Long Island and Central Florida made vegan ice cream sandwiches.

The Country Chic Cottage made a scarecrow jar.
